When you type your data into the website, that data is stored - the exception is your credit card details, which I don't get to see.

I run a mailing list for club members and I use it to communicate with you all each week.  There's usually a link to something useful (like dance steps or videos), sometimes tips, often news, and occasionally, a member perk!  

I will always ask your consent to receiving emails, and I refresh that consent every December.  If you ask to be removed from the email mailing list, I will remove you, no questions asked.
